As per the update from ABS-CBNNews.com, a number of cities, municipalities, and educational institutions have announced the suspension of classes for tomorrow, August 7, 2012, because of the continuous heavy rains experienced in Metro Manila and nearby areas Monday night.
MANILA

QUEZON CITY

We are now experiencing strong wind and flash floods because of heavy rainfalls. Some dam also released water that cause other rivers to flow in high level. Hope this will not be like typhoon Ondoy last 2009.
