OWWA EDSP Scholar Represents PH in the 5th SLP Indonesia

OWWA Regional Welfare Office XI takes pride in one of the scholars for Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) studying at the Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU).  She is one of the official delegates to join the 5th Service Learning Program (SLP) of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities in Asia Pacific (AJCU-AP) on August 5-25, 2012 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

EDSP Scholar Jubail W. Pasia, a 4th year student in BS Chemical Engineering, is chosen as one of the two delegates. This year’s SLP theme is: “One Earth, Many Religions: Constructing Dialogue and Solidarity towards the Integrity of Creation”. This inter-religious experience will hopefully provide her the opportunity to promote faith, justice, and camaraderie among the young men and women of the Asia-Pacific.
